Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Predicts10, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the game rules set out in How It Works. If you don't agree with any of these, please don't use the site.
Who can play
Predicts10 is free to enter - no payment is ever required to play or to be eligible for a prize. You must be 18 or older to create an account and to receive a prize, and you may hold only one account. Full gameplay rules, scoring, and prize eligibility are set out on How It Works.
Intellectual property
The Predicts10 name, logo, and site design belong to us. Fixture data is provided under licence by football-data.org. Club names, crests, and competition logos shown on the site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the teams and competitions involved in a fixture - Predicts10 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league, or competition organiser.
Prizes
Prize amounts, eligibility, and how winners are chosen are set out in full on How It Works, and may change at any time at our discretion. Prizes are not a legally guaranteed entitlement independent of those rules being met.
Account suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, the eligibility rules on How It Works, or is used to manipulate the game - for example multiple accounts or colluding with other players. Any prizes linked to a suspended account may be forfeited.
No warranty & limitation of liability
Predicts10 is provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. We don't guarantee the site will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times - fixture data depends on a third-party provider and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Predicts10 is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, beyond the value of any prize you're entitled to under these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time - check back here for the latest version. Continuing to use Predicts10 after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
